The Type 1 Ho-Ni was designed as a combined tank destroyer/self-propelled artillery, based on the chassis, suspension and diesel engine of the Type 97 tank. The turret was replaced with an open casemate mounting the Type 90 75mm field gun. Although produced in 1942, it was not deployed for combat until 1945, during the Battle of Luzon.
All models and figures come unpainted and may require assembly. As hand-finished items, minor work such as sanding or filling may be required prior to painting.
