Morris CS8 15cwt truck

The Morris Commercial CS8, officially known as the Morris 15cwt, was a British light military truck developed to meet a War Office specification for a short wheelbase vehicle capable of carrying 15 long cwt (1,760 lbs or 760 kg). Designed with good ground clearance and a semi-forward driver's position, the CS8 eliminated the traditional enclosed cab to simplify production—making it faster and easier to manufacture in large numbers. By the start of World War II, it was the most common light truck in British Army service.
