The Sd Kfz 265 Panzerbefehlswagen provided a means for unit and higher formation commanders to command their units in battle. It contained additional space for the commander and radio operator to work.
Based on the Panzer I ausf A chassis, the initial design was quickly superseded by a new, larger chassis with a more powerful engine. This chassis then also formed the base of the new tank version, the Panzer I Ausf. B.
All models and figures come unpainted and may require assembly. As hand-finished items, minor work may be required prior to painting. Any MDF bases come bare, and require painting and landscaping. Glue, paint and landscaping materials are not included with the model.
